This is not entry-level. It is the minimum professional standard for any school that takes transport safety and accountability seriously.
That is 348 MAD incl. VAT per bus per month — about 11.6 MAD incl. VAT per child carried (30 children per bus).

Fully Managed & Equipped
Zero-friction transport operations with full discipline enforcement
Intentionally premium. We equip, monitor, and enforce discipline across your entire fleet.
That is 960 MAD incl. VAT per bus per month — about 32 MAD incl. VAT per child carried (30 children per bus).

Tracking can cost your school nothing
Automated Operations comes to about 18 MAD incl. VAT per child carried per month. Add a 20 MAD "tracking & safety" line to the transport fee — MSB's Fees module bills it with the transport — and the subscription is covered, VAT included.
Do the maths for my schoolBilled over 10 months, September to June, in advance: every month, every term or the whole year. The first invoice goes out on 1 October, for September and October; each invoice is payable by the 1st of the following month.
Setup: 1,200 MAD excl. VAT per bus — GPS tracker, recording and configuring the routes, training and 15 days of launch support — paid on signature, before any deployment. Tier 4: 4,000 MAD excl. VAT per bus, tablet included. Utility vehicle: 200 MAD excl. VAT per month, 700 MAD excl. VAT setup.
Every tier includes 200 WhatsApp messages per bus per month to invite the parents and send sign-in codes and safety alerts. WhatsApp for the communication module: 500 MAD excl. VAT per month for 1,000 messages.
Prices exclude VAT. The 20 % VAT is added on top and schools cannot recover it: the VAT-inclusive amounts shown are what the school actually pays.
Minimum commitment: one school year. No setup fee on renewal. An invoice still unpaid on the 1st of the following month suspends the service until it is settled.
10 % off when the year is paid upfront, on 1 October.
